How order tracking works

1. 1. Place your order

   When your order is submitted you receive an order number in the format AD-XXXXXX, together with a confirmation to the email address you used at checkout.

2. 2. Enter the number and email above

   Tracking is open to guests — you do not need an account. The order number and the checkout email must match, which keeps your order details private.

3. 3. Follow the stages

   The panel shows where your order is: awaiting payment, payment received, in production / packing, dispatched and delivered. International orders show the shipping quotation stage until the courier cost is confirmed with you.

4. 4. Courier tracking

   Once the parcel is handed to the courier, the waybill / tracking number and courier name appear in the same panel so you can follow the delivery with the courier.
