Returns & refunds

Damaged or faulty parts

Resin parts are fragile. If anything arrives damaged, photograph the parts and packaging and contact us within seven days of delivery. Confirmed transit damage or a printing fault is replaced or refunded at our cost.

Incorrect items

If the part supplied does not match the product code ordered, we arrange the return and send the correct item at no additional charge.

Change of mind

Unused parts in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is for the customer's account, and the refund covers the product price only.

Made-to-order, custom and digital items

Custom commissions, made-to-order prints and digital downloads (eBooks and instruction sheets) are not returnable unless faulty.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid back through the original payment method used at checkout, usually within ten working days of the return being received and inspected.
