South Africa

Domestic orders ship at a flat courier rate, calculated automatically at checkout from your delivery address. Parcels are tracked and a tracking number is added to your order as soon as it is dispatched.

International

International shipping is quoted individually. When you check out with a delivery address outside South Africa, your order is recorded without a shipping amount and we send you the confirmed courier cost before payment is finalised. No estimated or placeholder shipping charge is ever applied.

Dispatch times

In-stock parts are usually packed within two to three working days. Made-to-order and custom parts are printed after payment confirmation, and the expected dispatch date is confirmed by email.

Duties and import charges

Import duties, VAT and customs clearance fees in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
